Dear Emma Designs Embroidered Fabric Basket / Embroidered Textile Art Workshop Sunday 28th April 2019

On this workshop you will spend the day with Cathy learning the art of applique and free machine embroidery and turning and creating your own gorgeous appliqued and embroidered textile design which you can either turn into a fabric basket or leave it as a textile picture for framing, turning into a cushion or the front of a bag!
In the morning you will learn a bit about Cathy and how she works, and then spend the morning getting to grips with free motion machine embroidery on the sewing machine and applique. Cathy will bring heaps of old and new fabrics for you to use to build up your own unique designs and guide you through to do's and dont's of making up your fabric basket!
This will be a wonderful day of creativity and sewing, and Cathy will be sharing all her experience and know how for beautiful appliqué and stitching!Come and learn these techniques and then create your own beautiful fabric basket or textile picture to take home.
No experience needed just lots of enthusiasm! Limited places on this workshop so don't miss out!
